One For The Books...
As the lockdown continues, today we'll be looking at what might be my most memorable wedding to date: Melissa & Will's wedding from 2015. What makes it so memorable? Being at the Hard Rock hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico has a lot to do with it! This was my first destination wedding and there was no way I was going to pass up this opportunity.Most of the guests were playing volleyball when I arrived, so I was given a rare chance to put my sports photography skills to use. I hadn't shot much sports in about 5 years at that point, but it came back to me pretty quickly.
The couple planned a cocktail reception the evening before the wedding. Just like for the rest of the week, the wedding cooperated perfectly so the beach at sunset made for the perfect venue.
The Main Event
As for the wedding day itself... it couldn't have gone better. We had great weather all day, and there wasn't even much wind!
