I do my best to make sure you’re enjoying the day. I’m quite relaxed when shooting a wedding and I make sure that calm energy helps to remove some of the stress you’ll be feeling on your big day. Think of me as a combination wedding photographer/unlicensed psychologist/stand-up comic. Hybrid-Video Service

In addition to our photography services, we now offer the option of a hybrid-video upgrade. Traditionally, if you wanted to have video coverage of your wedding you would need to hire a separate videographer. You’d then receive an edited video that could be anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour long.

The problem is that, while most people would like to have some video coverage of their wedding, not everyone wants to spend as much as $3000 on an hour-long video that they may not watch more than once. It’s certainly not something that many of their friends and family will see. You can’t share such a long video on most social media sites, which is where most photo and video sharing happens in today’s society.

Our hybrid-video service works a little differently. The main photographer shoots video in addition to the standard photography coverage, and the end result is a 3 to 5-minute highlight film of your day in addition to the photos. This highlight film is easy to share online so you’ll have something that everyone will want to see. The cost is also much more affordable, with upgrade pricing starting at $1000 with our basic photography package.

How is this possible? Modern professional cameras can shoot both high-quality video and photo, and they are quite fast at switching back and forth between the two. This advance in technology coupled with the photographer’s skill and experience makes it possible for one person to shoot both photo and video.

It was a pleasure to work with Corey Narsted. My son and daughter-in-law are in Boston so I was planning the entire wedding.
